Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process your request, we require:
- A clear and complete uncut unboxing video showing the package being opened from the beginning.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging (if applicable).
- Your order number and contact details.
Claims submitted without a complete uncut unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Replacement Policy
In the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we will first attempt to provide a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
Refund Policy
If a replacement is not available or cannot be arranged, an appropriate refund may be issued after verification of the claim.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare, bath, and body care products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preferences regarding fragrance, colour, texture, or appearance
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
- Individual results or expectations not being met
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been packed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Customised orders can not be cancelled.
